Fresh Graduate Training

A series of centralized training will be provided, including military training, outward bound training, Luye culture and regulations and general competencies courses. A 2-year follow-up training program will be designed when on board.

Orientation Training

New employees will be provided with on-line and off-line courses, and an experienced colleague who will offer guidance.

Classified Training

Internal lecturer will provide training and guidance during work and share their experiences, to allow employees to learn through interaction and improve their expertise.

Job Qualification Training

Approaches such as internal training, pubic lectures, industry summits and forums, and on-the-job MBA/EMBA will help employees of all grades to grow and develop.

Management Skill Training

The company hires internal and external experts to regularly train managers in terms of management capability and leadership, with a focus on the improvement of management ability with performance management as the core.

On-the-job Education and Training

To help employees develop and grow continuously, improve organizational performance and promote business development, the company arranges qualified employees to participate in long-term training projects or on-the-job education.
