From April 20 to 21, 2026, Module 1 of Luye Pharma Group’s 2026 CEO Vision Action Learning & Co-creation Camp was successfully held. With action learning as its core methodology, the camp focused on facilitating high-potential middle and senior leaders to achieve a mindset transformation from tactical executors to operational decision-makers. Built on a three-stage framework of "theoretical learning – self-perception – project practice", it empowered participants to enhance their business thinking, scientific decision-making and value creation capabilities while solving real-world business challenges.

In the module of Business Mindset Reshaping & Scientific Decision-Making, participants systematically learned the pivotal shift from administrative management thinking to operational thinking: shifting the focus from efficiency and process control to prioritize strategic direction, value creation, profitability and long-term sustainable development. Five core business mindsets — strategic thinking, user-centric thinking, value-oriented thinking, innovative thinking and holistic thinking — enable leaders to establish a systematic framework for business decision-making. Meanwhile, the introduction of scientific decision-making tools including the Six Thinking Hats, decision trees and weighted scoring methods guided teams to avoid intuitive biases and achieve structured, visualized and efficient decision-making.
In the session of Self-Perception & Cognitive Improvement, backed by the Hogan Assessment System, participants deeply explored the interconnection between internal drivers, personal values and behavioral patterns. By proactively aligning personal traits with role requirements, managers were enabled to identify strengths, mitigate potential risks and improve leadership effectiveness. As highlighted in the course: "Once you become aware of your pattern, they cease to control you."

During the action learning group discussion session, each team adopted the five-step driving force model to conduct in-depth analysis on key business issues in the implementation of corporate strategy, covering shared goals, objective facts, success factors and barriers, actionable strategies and rapid action plans. Under the guidance of senior executive mentors, four key action learning topics were initially defined. These topics will serve as the core practical vehicles for subsequent learning sessions, facilitating the translation of learning outcomes into actual business performance.
The camp featured an in-depth dialogue session of Executive TED — The Power of Role Models. Senior executives of the Group shared key milestones in their leadership journey and inner self-cultivation based on their personal career development experiences, delivering high-value insights and inspiration to all participants. Behind their success lies a set of shared core traits: they must not only understand business operations, but also master business management; they must possess both strategic perseverance and team empathy.

While Module 1 of the 2026 CEO Vision Action Learning & Co-creation Camp has come to an end, the journey of mindset transformation and value creation has just begun. As the backbone of Luye Pharma, participants will apply new mindsets, practical tools and methodologies back to complex business scenarios. They will keep learning through practice, pursue breakthroughs in continuous learning, and jointly drive the Company’s sustainable growth and high-quality development in the new cycle of the pharmaceutical industry.
