The Team Boda Borg event was held in Massachusetts on September 14,they went “questing” for wins in a maze of rooms and then enjoyed a team luncheon at an Asian Fusion restaurant nearby.

 

Singapore Office Keeps Creating a Culture of Wellness at Work

The group-wide staff wellness programme of Singapore office keeps promoting good health behaviors and creating a culture of wellness at work. With the hybrid working mode going on, more colleagues find themselves more willing to take out time to work towards their health, either in office or at home.

The most recent topic “Resilience: Managing change with optimism” by guest speaker, Psychologist Darwina Binte Azmi identified risk factors dealing to high stress, explained how to gain strategies in coping better with stress, and acquire strategies to ‘bounce back’ from difficult situations. Colleagues from various business units joined the session and Q&A via Zoom.

 

Recently, the "Autumn Camping, Beloved Green Leaf" Family Day activity was successfully held in the Shanghai office of Luye Life Sciences Group. Everyone rolled up their sleeves to build and decorate their own sky tent. At the same time, the team completed the team painting to celebrate the launch of new products, and experienced the fun of camping barbecue and hot pot with the sunset glow. Also experienced the life first outdoor movie and beautiful fireworks ~

 

Luye Medical Shanghai Team Building at the West Bund

In the warm sunshine and gentle autumn breeze, Luye Medical Shanghai team members found new ways to share and celebrate their team spirit.  The monthly “Shall we talk” session was modified as an outdoor “Shall we walk” team building at the picturesque West Bund, laughing, learning, and connecting with each other.

 

West Bund Site, which has long history and rich culture, is located alongside the Huangpu River in the east of Xuhui District. Known as an emerging financial hub, it is also an exemplary zone for culture, media, and digital technology development in Shanghai. Our colleagues split up into four teams and race through a series of challenges to find clues, pull evidence, and accomplish the mission. Finally, all the team completed all the challenges and unlocked their rewards.
