Science and Business Forum
“The "Luye Life Sciences Group Science and Business Forum" has been held for several years, focusing on new trends, new technologies and new projects in the Group's key strategic areas, inviting industry leaders to share the latest scientific frontier insights, building a platform for employees to understand global life science trends and a deeper understanding of the Group's strategic layout.
The guest speaker of this year’s forum is Professor Gao Weiqiang, Director of Med-X Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Director of Stem Cell Center of Shanghai Renji Hospital. The topic of his speech is "Targeted prostate cancer stem cells and immune microenvironment and tumor therapy", discussing novel immunotherapy for solid tumors.
The Young Generation with a Striving Spirit
5 young employees from different businesses of the Group shared their perceptions of growth, corporate strategy and corporate culture, and used their own stories to interpret the spirit of Luye that they represent. As the fresh blood and the future of the company, they closely link their personal growth with the development of the company. They have their mission and ambition, and are proud to join the life science industry and serve the human health. May they fully utilize their talents on the big stage of Luye and inspire more employees to strive for progress and be the new youth of the times with light in their eyes, dreams in their hearts and responsibilities on their shoulders.

Young managers are the mainstay of the enterprise, in the face of the complex environment, how to adapt scientifically and flexibly to deliver a satisfactory answer? Several representatives of young managers from pharma, vaccine, medical and other business sectors interpreted Luye's management culture from different perspectives and shared their practices and experiences in reducing costs and increasing efficiency, cultivating talents and improving employees' sense of success in their daily work. Even though their businesses and positions are different, they all, without exception, demonstrate the quality of having strong confidence, taking the lead, capturing and creating opportunities from the difficulties in front of them, and leading their teams to overcome all difficulties to achieve their goals. This quality and spirit also help more young managers to grow rapidly and become powerful leaders.
Overcoming Tough Times and Creating the Future Together - Online Speeches from the Global Management Team
Representatives of the Group's global executive team from pharma, vaccine, medical and diagnostic businesses met with global employees online to offer sincere wishes to Luye on its 28th birthday. At a time when travel is still limited, such gatherings are especially precious. They shared the recent achievements and future development plans of their respective business, as well as the various difficulties in dealing with the challenges. All managers thanked the team members for the unity, resilience and selflessness they showed during the special time, giving employees the strength and confidence to move forward. We firmly believe that the field we focus on still has great potential for rapid development, and the crisis is also a time for self-adjustment and improvement; without forgetting the original intention, returning to the essence of the industry of serving patients, and looking at the world, there are many opportunities for growth and to achieve further breakthrough.
Luye Style Award Ceremony
The success of the company cannot live without the dedicated and outstanding employees. At this year's award ceremony, 552 employees from various business sectors of the Group and 7 teams were honored. They represented the exemplary image of Luye people, thanks to their hard work, pass on the power of role models and achieve new honors.
“Call Me Luyer” Awards Announced
At the beginning of this year, the Group's corporate culture creation competition "Call me Luyer" kicked off globally. Luye people showed their talents and demonstrated the spirit of Luye with colorful and excellent works. After online voting and scoring by expert judges, the winners of each event were finally revealed. Thanks to their participation, all these works showed us Luye people’s creativity, energy, talents and their passion for life and career.

Keynote Speech by Chairman Liu
Mr. Liu Dianbo, Chairman of the Board delivered a keynote speech during the celebration. On behalf of the Board and management team, he congratulated all Luye people and their families around the world, and expressed his most heartfelt thanks to the global employees who have strived in various positions over the past 28 years.
Chairman Liu said that in today's uncertain environment, it is even more important to stick to the vision, mission, values and strategy of the company. This is the origin of our career and the source of motivation for all our actions. The organization needs to strengthen market-oriented capability; the management team needs to take a deep dive into the front-line business, get closer to customers to understand and develop market demands. Corporate operation needs to be customer-oriented, focus on resources, take rapid response, combine our strengths in technology and resources to achieve upgrade and consolidation and truly present our power.
Regarding talents cultivation and appointment, Chairman Liu said, the future belongs to the young generation. We have to accelerate the development of young and excellent talents, place them in the suitable positions, especially management roles, hope they can take responsibilities and grow fast.
Looking to the future, Luye has an excellent innovation and internationalization team, a rich product line, a good foundation and potential under 28 years of hard work, so that we are more confident to face the temporary uncertainty and challenges in front of us. The future of Luye is very promising, hope we can work together, tenaciously and strive for the next decade of Luye!
