Composition:

Each vial contains 5mg/10mg/15mg of Sodium Aescinate .

INDICATION:

Anti-effusion and increase venous strain, anti-inflammation and improve blood circulation. Sodium aescinate is indicated for the treatment of cerebral edema and edema caused by trauma or operation. It is also indicated for the treatment of venous back flow obstruction diseases.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

For intravenous injection or intravenous drip infusion, Adult: Dosage should be calculated on a weight basis of 0.1-0.4mg/kg/day. Sodium aescinate 5-10mg dissolve with 250ml of 10% glucose solution or 0.9% sodium chloride solution, use intravenous injection, respectively. Multiple doses can be prescribed to severe disease suffering patients. However the total amount of sodium aescinate injection should not be exceed 20mg/day.

Children under the age of 3: Dosage should be calculated on a weight basis of 0.05-0.1mg/kg/day.Children between the ages of 3-10: dosage should be calculated on a weight basis of 0.1-0.2mg/kg/day.

PACKING & SHELF LIFE:

Packing is 5/10/15mg × 8’s. Shelf life is 2 years from date of manufacture and store keep away from light.
