Composition:

Each vial contains 30mg of Paclitaxel.

INDICATION:

LIPUSU in indicated for the chemotherapy of oophoron and metastatic carcinoma of ovary, and may combine use with Cisplatin. LIPUSU is indicated with for the treatment of breast cancer after administrating Adriamycin for standard chemotherapy or relapse. LIPUSU also is indicated for the chemotherapy of Non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) with combination of cisplatin which can not be treated by operation or radiotherapy.

Acquired immunodeficiency- related Kaposi’s sarcoma (Neoplasm of AIDS) in patients with disease that has progressed with previous combination of chemotherapy or in patients who are intolerant to such therapy.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

The recommended dose is 135-175mg/m ² . Add 10ml of 5% glucose injection into vial. Before using, shake 5 minutes on the oscillator. Remove the above solution to 250-500ml of 5% glucose injection after complete dissolution.

Infuse 3 hours with one-off transfusion apparatus. Pretreatment should be completed 30 minutes before administration to avoid the potential hypersensitive reaction of Paclitaxel. 5-10mg of Dexamethasone I.V, 50mg of Diphenhydramine I.M and 300mg of Cimetidine I.V should be administrated.

PACKING & SHELF LIFE:

Packing is 30mg ×1’s and shelf life is 18 months from date of manufacture. Store at 2℃ to 8℃ .
