Investment Manager

Department: Group Investment

Location: Shanghai
 
Job Responsibilities:

1. Deal sourcing: identifying and analyzing the potential investment opportunities according to Group strategy;
2. In charge of the investment project due diligence, valuation, investment planning and related business negotiations;
3. Supervising legal counsels and accountants in legal and financial due diligence;
4. Preparing comprehensive investment proposal for investment committee and justifying investment recommendations;
5. Participating in investment management;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above , major in Pharmaceutical Biology /Financial investment or related, candidate with both above mention majors is highly desired;
2. More than 3-year relevant experience is required, Preferably with prior experience in market analysis for well-known pharmaceutical company or investment institutions;
3. Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, finance and accounting, legal and other related field;
4. Good communication, coordination, investment analysis skills, with a high degree of passion and team spirit;
5. Healthy, adapt to frequent business travelling, able to work under pressure;

Business Development Manager
Department: Group Business Development
Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Yantai

Job Responsibilities:

1. The development of Group core businesses;
2. Business resources Expansion, seeking and filtering potential pharmaceutical products or companies with certain scale and profitability;
3. According to business development plan, conduct target markets research and deliver accurate, timely research reports;
4. Responsible for investment projects’ initial stage preparation, feasibility study, evaluation, and provide comments and suggestions for related strategic decision-making.
5. Participation in project proposition, drafting, review, implementation, and business negotiations;
6. Participation in effective implementation supervision in successful co-operation projects;
7. Timely review and report of the market dynamic intelligence;
8. Negotiation and implementation of other technical trade, business collaboration or related;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above , major in pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology formulation proficiency in English;
2. Minimum 3-year working experience in p harmaceutical companies, familiar with domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies, medical products, understanding of current future trend of the market, knowledge of operation and management processes of pharmaceutical company;
3. With good medical and financial knowledge, strong market sensitivity, information collection capabilities, pioneering spirit, strong business negotiations and strategic thinking ability.

Senior compensation and welfare Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. In accordance with the business development of the group, develop and design the strategy and concept of Compensation & Welfare, make up appropriate projects to support the business development of the group;
2. In accordance with the strategic development direction of group, establish of efficient and equitable salary structure and system; track changes in the external market, analyze the external market data, to ensure competitiveness of the Group’s compensation and welfares;
3. Establish an effective performance evaluation processes and systems analyze the effectiveness of performance management, provide decision-making basis for management.
4. Establish a sound promotion system, and organize the implementation, evaluation and improvement.

Job Requirements:

1. Be fluent in Chinese, be good at relative English
2. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource, Labor Economy, Management or etc\
3. At least 5 years’ HR working experience in the MNCs or Payment Consulting Co.
4. At least 3 years’ working experience at Salary and Welfare Dept
5. .Be familiar with China’s labor laws and all kinds of services, personnel and welfare policies; with smart interpersonal sensitivity and communication skills; strong adaptability and capacity to influence others, especially the higher levels; with integrity and adhering to principles; with the courage to face the challenges and pressure; have a strong sensitivity of the data and analysis skills, able to skillfully use computers and office software, especially Excel macro modeling and operation.

Location: Scientific Research Center

Job Responsibilities:

1. Study the pharmaceutical trade policies and regulations, follow up national policy formulation and change process, establish effective communication channels with government.
2. Write academic reports; establish the group’s professional image and status in pharmaceutical trade by the ways of joining in the academic communications conferences etc.
3. Write project proposals and make subject reports to the government.
4. Establish and develop the communication platform with experts, organize related conferences, provide advice for the group’s development of traditional Chinese medicine

Job Requirements:

1. Doctor Degree in pharmacology, Clinic, Biology, etc
2. At least one year’s working experience in project research and design
3. Be fluent in Oral English
4. Be independent. Be good at communication, organization and business development.
